New UT Southwestern facility set to open in southern Dallas

Tons of history with this project. Our firm designed the Sears that existed on the Redbird Mall site since the 70s/80s and provided structural engineering for this complex repurpose and addition for UTSW in 2020 through the pandemic. The architectural design by Perkins&Will serves to help revitalize the community in South Dallas and repurpose a historical mall facility to bring better healthcare to the South Dallas community. Built by The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, Click Engineering is excited to see this project open its doors.
