  • Click Engineering is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Project Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will be a licensed professional engineer with structural engineering experience working with architects on building projects.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Master's Degree Preferred)

    • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE); SE License Preferred

    • Ability to be licensed in Texas within 3 months if not already licensed in Texas

    • Minimum of 8 years of professional structural engineering experience

    • Proficient with Autodesk Revit

    • Experience with US building codes and structural design standards

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills

    • Self-motivated and a good team player

    • Strong understanding of structural engineering principles

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead projects from inception to completion

    • Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction

    • Oversee project teams and coordinate efforts to meet project goals

    • Contribute to business development and help grow the company's portfolio

    • Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

    • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

    • Oversee technical execution and ensure quality control on all projects

    • Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative team environment

    • Conduct structural analysis, design, and detailing

    • Perform construction administration, including reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs, conducting site observations, and preparing reports

    • Participate in quality control checks, maintaining quality standards in all work produced, checking computations, reviewing designs and drawings performed by others

    • Utilize BIM design software to produce structural drawings

    • Manage multiple projects and assignments concurrently

    • Attend client meetings for assigned projects and develop relationships with the clients and design team

    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and clients

WORKPLACE + CULTURE

The Click Engineering office is located on the first floor of the newly renovated Old Dallas High School in Downtown Dallas. Our office has a space for kicking back to relax, play pool, chat with co-workers, and host after-work happy hours. We have a gym as well so our employees can maintain their health and wellness. The DART Pearl/Arts District Rail Station conveniently stops right outside the building door and we also have free parking available for all employees. There are multiple restaurants and other retail located within walking distance and the newly improved Carpenter Park is just across the street.
